Teen Partial Hospitalization Program

Our Programs & Activities Will Guide Your Teen Through Rehab

Teens attend a safe, day program incorporating
education and therapy.

Specialized Support for Your Teen

Destinations provides a full-day, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). When you apply for treatment at one of our facilities, our team will work with you to determine whether your teen belongs in our mental health or dual diagnosis treatment track. The latter combines mental health and addiction treatment. In fact, researchers estimate that between 50-90% of adolescents in treatment for substance-use disorders also have diagnosable mental health issues.

A Commitment to Education

Like our residential treatment, there is a strong academic component for teens in day treatment. Specifically, each student will receive three hours of educational classwork, five days per week. Our academic team will assist your teen in catching up, staying on track, and moving ahead with their education. Upon completion of the program, we will work with your teen’s school to ensure a successful transition

Alumni Support

Much of our success is attributed to the support clients receive from our alumni program. Moreover, teens in the program meet with our alumni group once per week. These meetings allow teens in treatment to see how others learn to cope with mental health and addiction disorders. Additionally, this gives your teen a strong support system to lean on moving forward.
